Private-Pay Equal Payment Plan
September–May, 2026-2027
Our Equal Payment Plan is the standard payment option for private-pay families with a recurring weekly tutoring schedule. The cost of tutoring is divided into consistent monthly payments from September through May. Sessions are available in August but not figured into these packages.
Once Weekly
30 minutes: $189/month
45 minutes: $283/month
50 minutes: $314/month
60 minutes: $378/month
Includes one personal day.
Twice Weekly
30 minutes: $378/month
45 minutes: $567/month
50 minutes: $627/month
60 minutes: $756/month
Includes two personal days.
Three Times Weekly
30 minutes: $567/month
45 minutes: $850/month
50 minutes: $941/month
60 minutes: $1,133/month
Includes three personal days.
Personal days are already accounted for in the Equal Payment Plan pricing. If they are not used, students may attend their regularly scheduled sessions at no additional charge.
August tutoring, when applicable, is billed separately.
Holidays & Calendar Flex Sessions
The following full weeks are not included in the Equal Payment Plan:
November 23–27, 2026 — Thanksgiving Break
December 21, 2026–January 1, 2027 — Winter Break
March 29–April 2, 2027 — Spring Break
Individual holidays that fall during an otherwise active tutoring week do not count as personal days.
Because holidays may affect certain recurring tutoring days more than others, calendar flex sessions may be offered during the school year or at the end of the academic year to help balance calendar-related differences. Flex sessions are subject to scheduling and tutor availability.
Individual Tutoring
Individual tutoring is available in literacy, reading, spelling, writing, math, homework support, and other academic areas.
30 minutes: $50 per session
45 minutes: $75 per session
50 minutes: $83 per session
60 minutes: $100 per session
Monthly Individual Tutoring Packages
Other tutoring arrangements may be available for students who are not participating in the Equal Payment Plan.
Eight 30-minute sessions: $400
Six 45-minute sessions: $450
Six 50-minute sessions: $498
Need more sessions? Additional sessions and higher-frequency schedules are available based on tutor availability. Please include your scheduling needs on the interest form.

Math Enrichment

Online Writing Classes
50-minute session: $40 per student
15-week semester, once weekly: $595 per student
Groups require a minimum of four students to run.
There are no makeup sessions for missed group classes.

Charter School Students
Charter-funded students are not enrolled in the Equal Payment Plan. Services and pricing are based on the student's charter school certificate or purchase order.
